Warranty Policy
First Texas Products warrants its items against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with varying coverage periods:
- Hobby Metal Detectors: 5 years
- Accessory Items: 1 year
- Night Vision Equipment: 2 years
Please be aware that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, accidental damage, or misuse of the product. Decisions regarding abuse or misuse of the metal detector are made solely at the discretion of First Texas Products.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to either replacing or repairing the product, at our discretion, upon its return. Shipping costs to return the product to First Texas Products must be prepaid by the customer. However, for returns within 30 days of purchase, First Texas Products will cover the return fees.
To initiate a return for service or a refund, please contact First Texas Products for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Remember to reference the RA number on your package and return the item within 15 days of requesting the RA number to the following address:
