Dealer Website Visibility
Dealers must have placed an order within the previous two months to remain listed on our dealer website. There is no minimum order quantity requirement for continued listing.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Dealers must comply with the First Texas Products MAP policy. First violations may result in a warning, while subsequent violations may result in termination of dealer status.
Online Retailer Disclosure
Online retailers must disclose all business names under which they operate. MAP concerns can be reported directly to sales@frsttx.com.
